Short notice, I know (not that this is ever a problem in party-town New Orleans), but two of us are getting together on Thursday, and anyone else who'd like to join us is very welcome.

Thank you for the invite! At what time are y'all meeting? I am new in town, so for me it'd definitely be a good idea to get some networking (or any other) ideas from you!

You've probably received an email invitation by now, but just in case, we're meeting at 6 pm at Lucy's Retired Surfer Bat & Restaurant, 701 Tchoupitoulas.
It may be a bit busy, because the Times Picayune erroneously advertised a 5-kilometre underwear run starting there!
